  • How will I be updated on the progress of my investments?

    The Protaker Finance platform provides direct communication with investors, including ongoing reports and updates on the status of your investment and the assets within your portfolio, as well as the delivery of tax filing and other relevant materials.

  • How do you keep my personal information secure?

    Protaker Finance uses bank-level security for our investor's protection. Investor information is encrypted with an AES bit symmetric key, the same as level as the largest commercial banks. Each investor’s connection to Protaker Finance is always encrypted over HTTPS with Transport Layer Security (TLS).

    Protaker Finance applications and data are physically located in multiple secure data centers. We utilize Amazon Web Services for our hosting which is compliant with numerous security certifications.

  • How do I fund my investment?

    You can fund your account using bitcoins, ethereum, litecoin, dashcoin, and usdt. We also accept bank transfers for certain capital amounts, as well as in cases where the investor has limited access to purchase the required cryptocurrency. We are unable to accept credit/debit cards at the moment.

  • How can I change my personal information?

    Log into your Protaker Finance account and click "Edit profile" from your profile page to enter the personal information page where you will be able to modify your data. Save the changes when all necessary data is entered. However, you may not modify your e-mail because this function is disabled for security reasons. To make such changes you should contact us via the support form and provide us with your complete information and your security answer.

  • Can I compound my dividends?

    Yes, you can.

  • Where are my dividends reinvested?

    Your dividends are reinvested into open offerings on the platform according to your selected investment plan.

  • Can I opt out of compounding at any time?

    No, it depends on the compounding option you chose.

  • Can I invest more after my initial investment?

    Yes, after placing your first investment you can place as many subsequent follow-on investments as you like.

  • Do you accept payment instalments?

    No, we do not accept payment instalments at this time.
